The room was clean, bathroom clean with hot water. Comfy bed and big TV.

Only one socket was functioning, everything was wrapped in plastic and the neighborhood is super sketchy. No taxi driver wanted to bring me there at first and the surrounding seemed very unsafe as well. For a cheap night in airport proximity it was fine. You won't find anything in that price range there. Be aware that it's a motel for "private stuff" though. They're gonna be confused, if you come there for sleeping.... Which I did.
