Primero y principal la cordialidad del dueño y la buena predisposición son cosas a destacar. En segunda instancia la casa es tal cual lo muestra en las imágenes y mas linda, cómoda, con absolutamente todo lo que se necesita en buen estado. La zona es de fácil acceso, tiene muchos locales a la mano, supermercados, farmacias, carnicerías, verdulerías, vinoteca, heladería, tiendas de ropa, entre otras y a pocas cuadras del centro y el mar. Volvería a alquilar a este propietario, es super recomendable.

Hermoso espacio! Tiene todas las comodidades para la cantidad de dias que fuimos. Germán es muy cordial y respondió siempre a cualquier inquietud
A lo mejor que estaba un poco en zona que se inundó al llover. Pero fue algo mínimo. Esta muy bien la casa.

Me gusto todo, muy grande con garage, un espacio verde genial para tomar mate, tiene todo, hasta reposeras para la playa, todo super completo, el agua caliente, 2 baños, comedor gigante, parrilla, la atencion y amabilidad. Un 10

Muy cómodo el chalet, tiene todo lo necesario y sobretodo muy limpio. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo.
