The Positives: Location & Space: The apartment is in a fantastic location and is quite spacious, which comfortably accommodated our large group. Valet Parking: Having valet included was a huge benefit. It made getting in and out with a family very easy and stress-free. Flexibility: The hosts were kind enough to push two twin beds together with a topper and queen sheets for us prior to arrival, which we greatly appreciated. Communication: The management team was very responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay.

The Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the apartment felt neglected in terms of basic maintenance and hospitality standards: Bathroom Maintenance: Both bathrooms had a very strong, unpleasant odor coming from the drains. Additionally, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was mostly clogged, resulting in very poor water pressure. In one bathroom, a sink was completely clogged and unusable. While the double vanity allowed us to manage, it was disappointing that these basic plumbing issues weren't addressed before we checked in. Linens & Towels: The pillows provided on the beds were very small (similar to travel pillows). While we found better pillows in the closet, the cases appeared dirty, and we had to wash them ourselves before use. Furthermore, providing only 7 or 8 towels for a group of six for the entire stay was insufficient. Lack of Basic Supplies: This was the most frustrating part. The kitchen and laundry rooms were almost bare. We were provided with only one trash bag and one dishwasher pod for a multi-day stay. There were no kitchen cloths, no laundry detergent, and no oven mitts to safely handle hot trays. Closing Thoughts: Ultimately, these issues are very basic and could be easily resolved. With a small investment—perhaps $1,000 or so—to upgrade the sheets and pillows, and perform routine maintenance on the drains and showerheads, and get kitchen supplies, this property could easily be a five-star experience. The apartment has incredible potential, but it currently feels neglected. With just a little more care and attention to detail, it would be an excellent place to stay.
