Good choice of decor and excellent execution of it. Lovely high ceilings and large room.
No table/desk for eating/working (to add) No soap dish (to add) No small towells (to add) Could not find hair-dryer (to add) No surface for cases (to put "carpet" on windowsills) Smell in bathroom - extractor fan did not work (to fix) Tumblers smelt of coffeee (to wash thoroughly) Towells rough (to tumble-dry) No showertray or door on shower, so water goes everywhere Next to tramroute, so noisy

A wonderful clean and comfy apartment. The price was excellet and had it been anywhere else I wpuld give it 10/10....
Tram line. While it was bearable at night, the 0440-0500 rush of trains was like a never ending earhquake every 2-3 minutes. Cars were also very audiable. Without an investment in soundproof windows, the space is better suited as an office. The price is well adjusted considering the inconvenience and this is why I gave it 6 stars instead of 3. The quality of the space also contributes. Heavy sleepers might give it a 9.
