Just Wow! Villa Favola is absolutely stunning. And the owners are very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I felt a bit bad as they had messaged me during the day of our arrival but as I was driving I couldn't respond. When we arrived this was clearly no problem and we were shown around the house, and let me tell you the pictures don't do it justice. Everything inside is to an exceptionally high standard. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the A/C works brilliantly. Best of all is the outdoor space, with just one of the most beautiful views of anywhere I've stayed. The heated pool is the perfect temperature and the surrounding gardens are full of fruit that you're encouraged to sample. We got to watch the solar eclipse from the pool and what an evening that was. A truly unforgettable stay at a stunning property, set in amazing countryside with views that take your breath away. Special mention to the owners who are so incredibly helpful and were always on hand if needed, but never intruding. They had sent us lots of information on local places to eat, where to go etc, all of which were superb. I cannot speak highly enough of them or their property.

Everything was perfect

The property was exceptional - it didn't feel like we were staying in a rented villa, it felt like we were staying in an immaculate home, that had been well cared for and loved. The views were incredible, and the garden area beautiful. Unusually, one of the best parts of villa favola wasn't even the villa itself - it was the hosts. Tomo and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived, treating us like family rather than guests, which is extremely rare to find. They gave us tonnes of info on the local area, walked us around the property to show us every tiny detail, and even offered to go shopping for us because we were staying at the property with a newborn baby - which they even provided a crib for. This is one of the few places we've been that has zero negatives, and I would reccomend a stay here to anyone that will listen. Thank you both!

Wow wow wow, this has to be the best Villa we have ever stayed at, and we’ve been to a few. The location and view is out of this world, outside kitchen and barbecue along with the pool is just fantastic, the villa is very well equipped, you have everything you need plus more. The hosts are just so helpful, they made our stay so relaxing, we had a bottle of wine and a selection of meats and cheeses waiting for us on arrival which was just delicious, they provided great recommendations of local restaurants and attractions in the area and were always very responsive if you needed anything, they were the best hosts, thankyou both 🥰. The villa is set high up but not remote which is nice, and very private, the route up to the villa is very safe and wide, it’s an easy walk to town down hill (around 20 minutes), up hill we used the local mini bus (around 2 euro per person) which goes past the villa around 10 times a day each way which was so useful and easy, there are also Taxi’s available in the area, but walking is also possible, we were just lazy 😅. Omis and the surrounding area is now my favourite place in Croatia, the old town is beautiful, kayaking through the Canyon was breathtaking, and visiting the local islands was a great experience. You will not find a better villa than this in Omis. We will be back for sure 😊
