The city itself, makes similar flats to feel overpriced, when anywhere else the would more than sufficient. Abundance of transport and air quality, barely make one feel too comfy.

Очень замечательный хозяин квартиры, встретил вовремя все показал. Квартира чудесная, чисто, комфортно, все продумано. Великолепный вид с балкона. Однозначно рекомендую !!!!

Отличный вид и хороший район - чистый воздух. Приятный шум речки под окном успокаивает и положительно влияет на сон. Очень приятный хозяин. Интерьер сделан со вкусом, много дорогих качественных деталей. Очень понравилась кровать: отличный матрас и хорошее постельное бельё. Всё сделано на совесть: будто для себя или очень желанных гостей.
Окна темноваты.

Месторасположение, удобный матрас и подушки, приветливость хозяев, вид из окна
Мне не хватило чистоты в квартире и в полках. Полки внутри были не чистые и было много лишних предметов, которые создавали ощущение неопрятности. Постельное белье комфортное, но подуставшее.
