Beautiful place. It was designed with great sensitivity to the natural landscape, reflecting a desire to blend tradition with innovation. Every single detail has received the utmost attention. The spa is amazing and indulgent, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are warm, welcoming, helpful, and professional, and every question was answered personally and thoroughly. The superb location in the heart of the vineyards allows for wonderful walking tours. Excellent value for money, with superb wine as an added bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable perfect stay!

It was a perfect stay really nice staff we did get a free room upgrade and that was wonderful! Also the free spa was wonderful and we did a wine tasting tour and that was also great!! Also they advised us with restaurants and make the reservation for us that was really great. I really recommend this place!

A lovely and relaxing stay surrounded by the vineyards of the Langhe

The rooms are modern yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. There is a striking, almost deafening silence that makes the stay incredibly pleasant. The property is new and set in a beautiful environment.

Immerso nella pace dei vigneti, questo resort è proprio una coccola.. l’arredamento curato e di gusto in camera con questo parquet super accogliente, la disponibilità dello staff, nello specifico la ragazza alla reception che ci ha accompagnati anche durante la degustazione (che consigliamo) rispondendo a tutte le nostre curiosità, la spa meravigliosa e intima.. e la chicca è la macchinetta del caffè in camera

Struttura eccellente davvero. Non ho potuto fruire della spa poiché arrivavo fuori orario di apertura ma la suite con vasca idromassaggio è stata sicuramente molto meglio di tutta la SPA. Camera incredibile davvero, portatevi qualcosa di buono da bere (in camera c’è comunque disponibilità di buoni vini e la struttura è una cantina essa stessa per cui non ci sono problemi a trovare del buon vino), andate con la giusta compagnia e trascorrerete una serata davvero piacevole. L’atmosfera ed i servizi sicuramente fanno già il 70% del lavoro. Se avrò possibilità tornerò sicuramente

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Zimmern, super Wellnesbereich und ausgewogenem Frühstück.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, super ausgestattet und gross. Die betten waren sehr gemütlich. Der tolle Wellnessbereich und das Frühstück haben uns ebenfalls sehr beeindruckt.

Die Lage könnte ein wenig besser sein. Ansonsten gibt es jedoch nichts zu bemängeln.

Siamo state una notte e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La location è nuova, molto bella e immersa nella tranquillità delle vigne piemontesi: pace assoluta. Il centro benessere è curato e rilassante, con sauna, bagno turco, piscina interna e doccia emozionale. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Struttura nuova, in posizione ottimale e strategica. Struttura moderna e curata caratterizzata da poche camere, che donano tranquillità al soggiorno. Pulizia e cortesia dello staff eccezionali. Colazione non super variegata ma ottimale per il numero di ospiti, con prodotti di qualità. Un punto a favore il centro benessere. Super consigliato

Un consiglio per la gestione del centro benessere potrebbe essere quello di fornire delle sacche per i costumi da bagno una volta terminato il percorso, oltre ad aggiungere ulteriori prodotti nel kit di cortesia.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Le personnel n’est pas du tout orienté vers le client, le bar ferme à 18h00 et il n’y a aucune activité disponible. Le restaurant le plus proche se trouve à 4 km par une route de montagne étroite – un taxi coûte 150 € l’aller simple. Le spa existe, mais le personnel semble contrarié quand les clients veulent l’utiliser. Nous n’avions pas remarqué lors de la réservation que les animaux n’étaient pas autorisés, et cela a provoqué un scandale : l’administratrice criait et changeait d’avis trois fois – 100 € pour le nettoyage, puis simplement 100 € « pour le chien » (un mini maltipoo de 2 kg). Tout le vin dans la chambre est payant, la cheminée du bar n’est jamais allumée, et personne n’aide à porter les bagages. De l’hospitalité italienne, il ne reste rien – nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Lugnt och avkopplande. Perfekt läge när du vill utforska Langhes alla vackra byar. Sköna sängar och god frukost.

Boendet är nytt och fräscht men synd att de inte lagt annan beläggning än kullersten då vi kom med väskor utan gummihjul, mycket skrammel. Personalen behöver växa in i rollen vad det gäller kundbemötande.

Tutto è stato perfetto, oltre le nostre aspettative!staff molto cordiale, camera bellissima,silenziosa,affacciata sui vigneti circostanti,colazione top con prodotti di qualità, la SPA su prenotazione, per 1 ora e mezza però posso dire che c'è l'abbiamo avuta solo per noi,come se fosse una spa privata,piccola ma dotata di tutto. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!

Hotel nuovo e molto ben tenuto per un ottimo prezzo. Raccomandato!

L’hotel è nuovissimo e le camere sono molto belle, pulite, e ben arredate. La zona circostante, vigneti, e piscina sono anche molto belli! Serralunga D’Alba è raggiungibile e in 10 minuti di auto, in generale location molto centrale. Visita e degustazione in cantina molto ben fatta e interessante.

Da migliorare forse la gestione della colazione. Molto buona, niente da dire sul cibo ma magari il servizio potrebbe essere migliorato aggiungendo un aiuto all’attuale gestione. Anche l’accoglienza potrebbe essere migliorata. Inoltre ho trovato gli orari dei servizi come piscina, palestra, wellness non troppo adatti per la sezione estiva dato che solitamente durante gli orari di apertuta gli ospiti potrebbero essere ad esplorare le Langhe e non in hotel

Tolle Tage im Piemonts an einem sehr schönen Ort in einer modernen Anlage mit allem Komfort.

Sehr schöne Anlage inmitten von Reben, abgeschieden und ruhig. Schöne doppelstöckige Suite mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (ausser Restaurant, aber mit Frühstück). Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Auch wenn wir das bewusst in Kauf genommen haben, vermissten wir doch eine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit vor Ort. Die tollen Restauranttipps haben dieses Manko aber mind. teilweise wettgemacht. Das Wifi müsste stabiler funktionieren, nachdem kein normaler Empfang (über das Mobilfunknetz) möglich war bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt.

Heerlijk ontbijt! Heel veel keuze met leuke extra’s: bio yoghurt, pukka theetjes, zelf gebakken koekjes, cake etc..te veel om op te noemen! Vriendelijk personeel, mooie luxe suite kamers die prachtig zijn ingericht. Alles straalt luxe uit, maar met een leuke vibe!

Super erholsam, lehrreich und schön - ein lohnenswerter Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit im Weingut und wurden vom ersten Moment an herzlich empfangen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist spürbar und macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Im Spa - Bereich fehlt es ebenfalls an nichts. Auch die Weinverkostung war ein echtes Highlight: Die Weine sind hervorragend und wurden mit viel Wissen und Leidenschaft präsentiert. Man merkt, dass hier echte Weinliebhaber am Werk sind. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – sei es bei Fragen zur Region, zu den Weinen oder zum Aufenthalt selbst.

Ein kleiner Wunsch für die Zukunft wäre ein Restaurant direkt auf dem Resort-Gelände. Nach einem entspannten Tag auf dem Weingut oder einer Weinprobe wäre es schön, nicht mehr fahren zu müssen und direkt vor Ort eine Mahlzeit genießen zu können.

Schön und geeignet zur Erholung.

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr fein! Der Spa Bereich absolut super und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es ist nur mit einem Auto zu Erreichen. Für uns war das kein aber kein Problem. Es hatte einige Familien mit Kindern. Es wäre schön, wenn es für Kinder ausser dem Pool noch Spielgelegenheiten hätte.

Très bon séjour

Les chambres sont très belles avec un mobilier très raffiné. Le petit-déjeuner très bon avec des produits frais et de la région. Le personnel très sympathique qui nous a aidé à réserver plusieurs restaurants pour le dîner. L’emplacement est magnifique au milieu des vignes et des noisetiers

Tellement dommage que la piscine n’était pas ouverte durant le week-end de l’Ascension alors qu’il faisait 30 degrés! Je comprends bien que leur site internet mentionnait l’ouverture de la piscine le 1er juin mais lorsque les températures prévues étaient de 30 degrés pourquoi ne pas anticiper et faire en sorte d’ouvrir plus tôt ?
