Excelente ubicación, la playa cerca y hermosa. Tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Fácil parquear. El apartamento cómodo, limpio y bonito. Además, bien equipado. Hay que recoger las llaves en Gandía, pero muy fácil llegar.
Sin ascensor. Cuarto piso, haces ejercicio ;-)

No tiene ascensor es lo único malo pero no todo puede ser perfecto. El aire acondicionado funciona bien todo muy limpio.

Lo que mejor está es que el piso era grande y muy amplio para ir en familia. Muy luminoso y la terraza muy bien situada. Estaba reformado y limpio.
Lo primero que para coger las llaves tienes que ir a otro sitio situado en Gandía del cual los propietarios no te avisan hasta última hora y sin especificar dónde está y que tienes que ir a recogerlas, cuando lo normal es que esté al lado de la puerta el cajetín de la llave. Y por otro que es sin ascensor y al ir con bebé es más complicado. También resaltar que las camas son super incómodas y te clavas todos los muelles, no descansamos nada.
