Peaceful 2-bedroom house 800m from beach

This was our second time in this house - I guess no better recommendation is needed. Anyway, this is a small country house with a small garden (sometimes visited by turtles). The area is supercalm, the neighbours are lovely, fig trees around with free fruit directly growing in front of your accomodation. There is enough room for 6 people, we were 5 and pretty comfortable. There is well working wifi and airconditioning in the living and in one of the bedrooms, enough to cool down the house. All in all, this is a perfect spot if you like country climate, peace, calm surrounding and do not mind 1km to the beach or 1,5km to the shop. Very good quality-to-cost ratio, very nice host.

If you are looking for a 5 star resort - this is not the place. Bear in mind that there will be no bars, no shops, no tourists within about 1 kilometer. This means: if you want to walk to the beach or a pita-gyros spot - it will take 20 minutes to go and 30 minutes to come back. If you want to come with no car - you can do it because there is a busstop which is frequently attended and the buses go to the airport as well as to Surfers Beach to mention the most important place. However I recommend coming with the car which solves the logistics.

The property is old stile, but nice, verry quiet area & the owner verry polite !🫶🏻

Матриците на леглата са пружини и неудобни,нямаше wife и пишеше че домашни любимци са добре дошли,но хазияйна ни каза че кучето ни трябва да е само в двора без да влиза в къщата.

Leider waren die Töpfe nicht sauber etc. obwohl es eine Spühlmachine gibt. Liegt aber natürlich am Vorgänger. Sehr enger Parkplatz Schlechte Straße bei den letzten 50m
