Loud and rowdy neighborhood, but good apt and good host

Easy check-in, the host was helpful and responsive. Location was convenient, easy to roll our luggage there from the Hauptbahnhof. No elevator, but stairs weren't so bad. This was the cheapest spot we could stay for our night in zurich.

We had this misfortune of staying here over New Year's celebration. Music was blasting, people were throwing fireworks into the street, and people were screaming until the wee hours of the morning. We left our apartment at around 5 am, and we had to step over passed-out partygoers, vomit, piles of broken glass. Zurich isn't a dangerous city, but this neighborhood in particular was not ideal.

Zurich weekend

Beautiful flat close to the station and Zurich Old Town. Very spacious and clean. Bit of noise at night due to the nightclub nearby however managed to get to sleep.

Would be nice to have some hanging space in the second bedroom but apart from that, there was nothing that I did not like.

Comfortable for adults!

- Large bedrooms -Short walk to main shops cafes and restaurants - Hosts were lovely, left us chocolate and additional towels and checked in with us consistently

Neighbours a very seedy street. Can be noisy at night and some very questionable women on the corner. Almost like a red light district. Thankfully we are all adults however I wouldn’t recommend if you had young children.

Spacious and clean

Difficult to locate and in a very questionable location. The partying did not cease all night. It was a Saturday night however I would not take minors to this area ever.

Lage neben dem Straßenstrich,Lärm in der Nacht( Polizeisirenen, lärmende Leute, Ladezone) , harte zu dicke Kissen, kleines altes Bad ohne Ablagen, schwarzer Schimmel an der Wand im Bad, fehlende Ablagemöglichkeit für Jleidung im 2.Schlafzimmer, dringend renovierungsbedürftig( Wände, Türen, Bad!) Haus und Whg sind abgewohnt, Preis nicht angemessen, Bilder auf booking lassen freundliche Whg erwarten, leider das Gegenteil

l'espace, la taille de l'appartement et les matelas confortables. Merci pour la place de parc sécurisée.

J'ai réservé pour 4 et il n'y avait que 3 capsules de café, dommage ! Il manque un petit quelque chose pour déposer les vêtements près des lits, chaise ou tabouret. Les fenêtres ne sont pas efficaces contre les bruits de la rue la nuit.

Gastgeber bemühte sich, aber wir gingen nach Hause zum schlafen.

Eigentlich nichts.

Es war stickig, 26crad unter dem Dach . Sehr altes Badezimmer mit Duschvorhang. Autoparkplatz zwischen zwei Häuser mit Gittertor. Flaschen und Büchsen lagen da, wo Leute beim durchlaufen hineingeworfen haben. Da stand nähe Bahnhof und das wollten wir. Habe nicht mehr genauer gecheckt, so sind wir im schlimmsten Viertel von Zürich gelandet. Mein Fehler.

Harold war sehr hilfreich und nett. Es hat alles super geklappt auch beim Check-in war er vor Ort.

Es war sehr hellhörig, die Wände sind sehr dünn. Oropax helfen sicherlich.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Apartamento amplio y con buena ubicación.

Harold fue muy amable. Me entregó las llaves y pudimos hacer early-check in ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba un poquito antes de la hora del check in. Además me dio algunos consejos y recomendaciones para nuestra estancia en Zurich. El apartamento está solo a 10-12 mins caminando de la estación central de tren Zurich HB y muy cerca del centro. Está ubicado en un barrio con vida nocturna, para nosotros el ruido no fue un problema y además nos dejaron tapones para dormir. Muchos restaurantes y zona de ambiente, ideal para grupos de amigos. Apartamento muy amplio y con todas las facilidades (utensilios de cocina, toallas, secador de pelo, etc). Cerca de varios supermecados. Tambén pudimos dejar las maletas el último día después de hacer el check out. Recomendable 100% si estás buscando algo económico y con buena relación calidad-precio

Quizá un poquito menos recomendable si viajas con niños pequeños (por el tema del ruido)

Das Apartment selber war sehr nett, Küche voll ausgestattet.

Der Heizkörper im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, es war sehr kalt. Kein Aufzug. Die Gegend war so lala, es lagen viele Scherben am Boden und es war sehr laut in der Nacht.

Joli appartement, dommage pour l'emplacement

L'appartement était très bien équipé et bien aménagé. C'était très spacieux. Les lits étaient confortables et la salle de bain était propre.

Le fait que l'appartement se trouve près de la gare est un avantage, mais malheureusement ce n'est précisé nulle part sur l'annonce qu'il se trouve sur une rue quelque peu mal fréquentée où nous nous sommes fait poursuivre sans raison apparente. De plus, quelqu'un est venu sonner à notre porte vers 4 heures du matin alors que nous dormions. Nous n'avons pas ouvert.
