Le harcèlement de Booking pour finaliser la location

The apartment is very comfortable, with great views and relatively new furniture. There were all kitchen appliances (except for oven) that we needed. It's convenient to have a ski locker and a supermarket just steps away. Lifts were always working.

The pin on the map on Booking shows that the property is much closer to the Corbier center than it is. It matters a lot as it's uphill and dragging small kids in ski equipment uphill even for few minutes longer every day really adds up. I flagged this to the agency as it's not fair to falsely represent where it is even though the address when added on google maps is correct, customers usually decide on properties by looking at the Booking map. I didn't understand why the bedding and towels are not provided, it's a small thing that can improve guest experience significantly. Renting linens from the agency was overpriced so we brought ours. Lastly, the management agency keeps driving communication away from the Booking platform which is very inconvenient. Not sure why they have a problem to answering on Booking messages in the platform.

À proximité des remontées mécaniques, spacieux, confortable, propre, rénové, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, un bon sèche-linge électrique dans la salle de bain, très chaud.

Il vaut mieux partir avant 10h, la société de nettoyage est arrivée à 10h.
