Problemi di spazi angusti del bagno (elemento debole della struttura) e sistema fognario non funzionante correttamente, con allagamento nei primi giorni, poi risolto, in più cattivi odori per tutto il soggiorno provenienti dal lavello della cucina e dallo scarico in bagno.
