100% perfect location, easy access to all the waterfront sites and local shops and restaurants - 4 sleeping areas which was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids (2 bedrooms + 1 loft area adjoining the 1 bedroom + 1 single sleep couch) modern kitchen well equipped (maybe add some wine glasses) big shower and single toilet. Easy contact with the owner. We didn't use the pool. Good security to the block.
Not sure if I missed it in the booking but apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. Heavy suitcases were a challenge but overall it was ok for day to day use - just good to know in advance. The owner did ask if we had mobility issues and I did reply NO so I guess this was a hint!

Emplacement proche du port.
Appartement vétuste. Manque de luminosité. Peinture à refaire. Écrasé 2 blattes, pleins de fournis dans la douche. Pas très sain. Dans la cuisine manquerait un grille pain, du sel, et surtout de l'eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle. Pour les lits manquent des draps plats car trop chaud avec la couette et froids si rien. 1 veluxe en haut des escaliers ne fonctionne pas.
