Розташування і зручність поселення. Окреме парко місце дуже важливо на закритій парковці(було тісно але не критично) В номері було все необхідне для проживання. Поряд зупинка транспорту до центру що дуже зручно.

БЮРОКРАТІЯ! ТЕКСТОВИЙ СПАМ! Заїзд з 17 виїзд до 10. З цим помешканням було відчуття що ми їх повідомлення читали більше ніж жили там. Дуже сильно напрягало що окрім купи комісій через букінг треба було додатково ще платити міський податок. Це дуже виснажує. Є одна оплата, нащо туристу ще окремо платити міський податок і додатково заповнювати на іншому сайті персональні данні. В цілому зручність супер(9 поставив бо номер замалий) але кількість годин проживання і бюрократія наводять смуту.

Ugodan mali apartman sa svim potrebnim sadrzajima. Sve upute oko ulaska, koristenja garaze i ostalog vrlo jasne, jednostavne i prakticne. Komunikacija brza… sve preporuke :)

I liked the location and the appartment itself, even though it was a bit small.

The check in process is horrible. We only rented for one night and we got so many emails with so many instructions and rules that honesly I felt extremely uncomfortable in this accommodation. First, when I booked the appartment, I got charged a cleaning fee extra. This was untransparent when I was booking and never happened to me before on booking.com, and I use it a lot. This fee should be included in the initial shown price, not after I already pay. I then had to pay additionally for city tax. If I knew this, I would have picked a different accommodation to begin with. One of the emails you get with house rules is super long, among so many info they also ask you to take out the trash and make sure to put it in the correct recycling bins. With the cleaning fee we had to pay, I do not think it is appropriate to ask your guests to clean. You get the photos of all the damages in the apartment to check. I also never experienced this when booking the accomodation and for one night I do not want to spend an hour checking the damages and reading bunch of emails. We were constantly getting emails before and during our stay. I couldn't even relax for the dinner after checking in already. All in all I felt really anxious during my stay. I would say this check in system makes sure you feel like they are doing you a favour by letting you stay there that you forget you actually pay them not the other way around.
