Appartement à 100m de la plage dans le quartier historique

Eine sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail, weit entfernt von der üblichen IKEA-Standardausstattung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, allerdings kein Geschirrspüler. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, haben sich persönlich gemeldet und bei Bedarf ihre Hilfe angeboten. Insgesamt sehr sympathisch!

Das Boxspringbett ist ausgesprochen weich und die Wohnung leider sehr hellhörig. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt ebenfalls. Das elektronische Nuki-Schliesssystem funktionierte nicht immer zuverlässig. Wer mit schwerem Gepäck reist oder keine längeren Wege zu Fuss zurücklegen möchte, sollte die Lage bedenken. Zudem sind die Parkmöglichkeiten in Collioure recht teuer.

Central location in historic area. 5 mins walk to all amenities inc restaurants, cafes, shops, beachfront etc.Beautifully converted, spacious and well equipped. Ground floor apoartment all on one level apart from step in at inner door entrance. Exceptionally clean with comfortable bed and great shower.. Washing machine, very useful as we stayed for 10 days. Prompt communication with owners via phone (on srrival) and via messages on Booking.com. Our second visit to beautiful Collioure and we had a lovely stay despite the issues below. Would recommend to others.

Historic pedestrianised area, very beautiful but access to property is up fairly steep cobbled street, with steps and minimal railings. May not suit people with limited mobility. Awkward with suitcases. Two door entrance codes took a while to get used to, we needed help from owner/neighbour. No air-conditioning and it was exceptionally hot 35 deg during our stay. However with two decent electric fans provided and opening some windows we coped. No bedding/towel change without extra cost, ok for short stay not so great for us for 10 days.

La posizione della casa, la cura e la pulizia dell’appartamento spazioso, la reattività della proprietà e l’attenzione per alcuni dettagli che agevolano il soggiorno: apprezzati i consigli per la migliore bakery, parcheggio, mercato etc.

La tariffa del parcheggio è stata più alta del previsto e delle informazioni fornite. Costo 30€ per circa 19h. Nelle indicazioni si riportava 50€ a settimana.

The location is perfect, close to everything! The appartment was really well equipped, everything thought of, hairdryer, beach umbrella etc

The carpark was a long way away and expensive. There was no air-conditioning. Wifi isn't great but this was understandable given the old building.
