Quiet location close to the hypermarkets. Well equipped kitchen with oven and hob (an oven is unusual for French ski accommodation, in our experience) so good for self catering, especially over Christmas. 20 minute walk from the funicular up to Arc 1600 or 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus stop (free). Proper bed (not a pull put sofa bed) with linen and towels included.
Further out of Central Bourg than we have stayed before but this is reflected in the price. We are relatively fit and the apartment was much better equipped than accommodation we have stayed in closer to the funicular or in Les Arcs resorts over the past 20 years but the walking might not suit some people. As with most ski apartments, we left the place cleaner than we found it (skirting boards in the toilet had not seen a cloth for many years!) We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back!
