Excellent residential neighborhood - very walkable, public transportation stops right in front of unit; bed is firm with several pillows; host provided coffee & tea along with a few cans of soda.
The light brown sofa in the living room needs to be replaced - it feels like the stuffing is worn down and is too uncomfortable to sit on.

Felt very private with lots of room for a one bedroom home.
Mainly the location being out of the way of most things to do in Dartmouth and Halifax.
