Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, relativ ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung ist hochwertig, bequem, komfortabel und bestens gepflegt.

Leider ist das Bad extrem eng...wenn auch komplett ausgestattet, jedoch wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein kleines Regal rechts oben neben dem Waschbecken wäre hilfreich. Das eine Fenster bringt mäßig Licht und ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, wo sich die Wärme staut. Außerdem ist nur 1 Fensterflügel kippbar. Luftaustausch ist dadurch kaum möglich. Es ist nicht erlaubt E-Bike Accus zu laden aus feuertechnischen Sicherheitsgründen, was völlig o.k. ist. Dafür wäre eine alternative Ladestation sinnvoll.
