Beachside Palm Beach Luxury - 2 Bedroom Apartment

Loved the renovated interior, and the full kitchen. Comfy bed. A two minute walk to the beach. A bus stop just across the road, with bus trips at 50 cents each, was so cheap and convenient if you don’t have a vehicle. It was a few hundred metres walk to shops, lots of takeaway food options, and a Coles supermarket. Liquorland and BWS also close. The property also had a designated car park in a covered, secure garage.

If you need a consistent, reliable Wifi connection this could be an issue for you at this property.

とにかく静かです。 中心部はガヤガヤしていて治安も不安でしたが、この辺りはビーチも含め本当に穏やかです。 地元の生活を感じられる点では良いです。 飲み食いに出歩きたい場合は向きません。

全く無いと思います。 自分でゴミ出しをしなければなりませんが、建物の真ん前にゴミのビンがあるので全く苦ではありませんでした。

The location was perfect. Very close to all amenities. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. The property was very private and quiet for its location. I loved the upgraded apartment. It was very clean, tidy and felt homely.

Excellent renovation! Walk in wardrobe is great for suitcases Very modern, lovely tiles and flooring, nice big fridge, washing machine is large, good pressure shower, can see sea from deck. Beautiful frangipani tree out the front Beds really comfortable Easy lock and leave Parking easy Location is great, walk to beach in 1 mins, walk to Coles in 8 mins Quiet block Looks old on outside but really nice on inside Heaps of storage! Good blinds and curtains/ privacy Great kitchen for those wanting to cook. I liked it so much I extended by 5 days

Garage is dark no lighting pitch black to walk out of, most days other residents did not lower the garage door it stayed open. No beach towels. You can hear the GC highway and the car wash at the gas station behind so wouldn’t suit light sleepers. Had issues with internet upon arrival. See photos of master and you can see the service station 711 proximity. Had 2 cockroaches (12 night stay) but feel this comes from living close to the beach the place was very clean! So much tricky lighting but looks fabulous Neighbours have a dog which whimpers at times and comes over to door. I’m allergic so that wasn’t ideal only happened twice.
