    The room is clean. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Tainan Station. Great staff.

    Highly recommend staying here if traveling to Tainan. Close to train station, walkable to many points of interest. Room is very spacious and clean and the staff are so helpful.

    The card key and manual door lock wasn't working so they changed a room for us. The water dispenser is situated on 8 floor and you have climb from 7th (with lift access) to 8th floor. Near to bus stops and tainan train station. Walkable to attractions and markets (at least 15 mins). P.S The paintings on the 8th floor behind the water dispenser were horrifying.

    I was disappointed that though I booked and paid for a room with balcony but was given a standard room. The air conditioner is not working properly Nice staff and good location
