    The only issue was is the pool wasn't functioning other than that it was an amazing stay beds were comfortable and they were very accommodating and super kind and nice people

    Service: The employees at reception were helpful and kind and tried to be accommodating to all of our needs. We were able to book airport transfer through them which was easy. The biggest perk was you can stay in the room for free until 7pm, so it was perfect if you have an afternoon flight. Location: The hotel is located about 12 minutes away from Alona beach area which was nice because you're away from the chaos. You will need a motorbike or take a tug tug to get to the restaurants. Room: The room itself is spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was quiet and worked well, a lot of natural light in the room. The bathroom was surprisingly small compared to the room. It also had a weird smell coming from the drain. Restaurant: The food was mediocre for higher prices and the service was incredibly slow. It took me an hour to get my food. My partner had already finished his meal before I even received my dish. It took us another 20 minutes just to pay in cash and receive change. I recommend going into town to eat instead of eating at the hotel. Noise: Something that was a real issue for me was that the rooms facing the pool are subjected to the noise from the parties hosted by the pool. There were quite a few parties by the pool during our 1 week stay., and some of them had extremely loud and disturbing music. I question why management would ever let these types of parties happen by the pool where it can disturb every single guest that is facing the pool for hours. We asked to switch to a room facing the front of the hotel which was better. However, the loud housekeeping employees, motorbikes, dogs, and roosters are another issue.
