Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. There is laundry service but you can also do it yourself for $4.50 washer and $4.50 dryer. Detergent at the front desk for $2 or buy your own in convenient store.

Beautiful property. Within walking distance to lots of shopping, fabulous food. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend for staycations for the locals and for visitors if they want an intimate experience in a boutique hotel. Highly recommend!
