Great location in front of downtown harbor, close and walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants.
I booked studio size cozy room, nice and clean.
Parking is street parking, free.
I got Black Friday deal price, very happy.

It was a nice stay, with the exception of the fact that I booked a room that had a couch or living area and didn't get it so was a little disappointed. The room was very cute and clean and the beds were comfy. The shower was pretty small in our room but did the trick. The only negative thing I can say is the outside needed a little work on their yard but it is winter so take that as a big factor. I would stay again, very cute inside and great location.
