    1. I was told I could get in at 10h00, when I got there I could only get in at 14h00...Not happy with that. 2. I do have serious back problems and I was never told there was so many stairs. 3. I stated that I was a smoker so we made use of the bar's smoking area just to find out that I, a guest in the hotel must go and sit outside in the cold because day visitors from the street get advantage to sit in the bar that is now a non smoking area. I am your guest and I paid a pretty penny for the night. So did my family that was coming from far because we atend a 60th birthday. You must put your guests first not the public. Your staff is awesome but the hotel self is not good at all. The shower is so high, you can not ajust the head. How am I suppost to get my water the right temp without leaving the door op and wet the whole floor. This was really not a good experience. Not worth the money at all
