    We stayed for two nights, when we arrived I've told them that the AC was not working, they came to fix it a few hours later, they only cleaned it and it was still not cold as expected from it. We asked them to wash our clothes, they mixed our clothes with someone else and we had to have a video call to identify what was ours and what not. On the second day we were staying in the room with the lights on they probably thought that we went out and left them on, so, without knocking, they opened the room and were entering until I said that we were there The pool is nice and also the location is very good
