We was really lucky to get a very good room at the hotel. But the owner was little condescending which made us little uncomfortable. One mistake we did was not to check our cost of drinks and additional fees which got very high against other hotels and restaurants.

We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. The computer screen at the reception is covered in thick layer of dust. When we checked in the room, there were no towels or soap to wash hands. When you take stairs to go down to reception level, you end up with emergency exit door with no indication that it will not sound an alarm when you open it. Simple sign «reception » would have been helpful. The bar is officially open until 10pm, when we arrived at 9:30pm, the person serving seemed irritated that we showed up, saying that he is closing down, served us 2 desserts and directed us to an isolated « living room area », he then closed everything down at 9:40pm. Breakfast has very little savory options, a lot of cakes, with artificial taste and too sweet. Coffee was not good. Juice colors were unnatural. We didn’t come back the following days, there are better options in the area. Fitness room is a box, overcrowded with cardio machines, no place to move in between. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Room was comfortable and well decorated, but service and overall experience were low quality.

What a lovely find! Amazing staff, from the receptionist ( owner) to all the restaurant staff. The room was lovely, warm, had a nice view, confortabile, spacious, had everything one needed! We had a lovely dinner at The restaurant and breakfast was very nice, there was lots on offer and such a good choice! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay.

The room they had given to us was amazing. The exterior of the hotels are completely different. The feeling inside is of completely luxury. The wellness center is pretty good, not to be big, but with all the services we can need. The restaurant is good both on dinner and breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Lady Maria. They gave us a large room with spacious balcony as we were traveling with our two dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stopped just for one night as we were passing through from England to Rome but I would love to come for a longer visit and stay at Lady Maria again.

This is a spa hotel in the heart of Fondo, deep in the Dolomites. Nice little town and a classic Italian family-run hotel. Comfortable, quiet and a good price. Highly recommended. We were there in the off season.

Great breakfast. It’s a little tacky. Spa is located in basement and lights are on auto, which makes us super creepy. Definitely not light and bright. Decent hotel for the price though. Image in hotels.com is photoshopped big time.

It's perfect if you plan to see the area. Especially in the summer as it's about 1000 meters higher that Morano or Bolzano. Great if you're planning a motorcycle trip. The decor is a little dated, but the staff was really very nice.

We had a very nice stay there. We arrived late and we have got a very delicious dinner prepared. We have experienced a very pleasant hospitality. The staff asked our preferences and prepared what we liked. The staff always asked if everything and if we would like to eat more. Recommended for a stay to explore the further South Tirol area. The locations is about 30 minutes from Bolzano on a plateau of the mountains overlooking the entire alley.

I was trying to do Europe on Sunday budget so I chose free wifi free breakfast and a price under $75 per nite. Although off the beaten path this hotel is well worth the drive. It is so comfortable I will probably return when I can stay more than nite. Picturesque with a Swiss chalet look. The owner and his family do most of the work and the food is wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful time. Fyi it's a great place if you want a place to stay while riding motorcycles in the Alps.
