Rooms were a good size fairly clean - staff was nice and has a cute little bar at the back you can grab a bite. Great and was quite affordable

The only thing we were happy with during our stay was the breakfast. It had a good variety, and we loved the tasty multigrain bread, eggs, and fruit. However, everything else was disappointing. They initially gave us a dirty room with numerous hairs and unknown debris on the bed. The floors were so dusty that we immediately brought the issue to the manager. They apologized and moved us to another room, but offering only a small dessert plate and free use of the in-room coffee machine which made it a bit insincere.
On top of that, the staff gave us incorrect information, claiming a 'guaranteed fee' would be refunded at checkout, when it turned out to be a mandatory city tax. For context, we stayed at another major hotel chain in the city and were never asked to pay this fee. Think twice before booking a room here—there are much better options in the city.
