The hotel was well-situated. The room clean, but the decor was quite dated. Walking into the building and hallways felt a bit like student housing, but it was functional and comfortable.
An extra garbage can in the room would be helpful.

Our stay was perfect, Alessio from Piazzi House was the best host! He met us upon arrival, showed us where the complimentary parking was, suggested a wonderful restaurant, and called to make the reservation for us! My husband and I have been in Italy for 2 1/2 weeks of our 4 week stay, and Piazzi House, and the town of Sondrio is so far our favorite. The room itself was clean with ample room, the bathroom is nicely situated, the kitchenette just the right size, and the deck with chairs is refreshing to sit and have a cup of coffee, or just enjoy the sunshine. Thank you for everything Alessio!
