The place was amazing, clean,staff was outstanding, the breakfast delicious, room was very spacious and had everything I needed, I will definitely be coming back,restaurants near by,very secure 😋

We were traveling to Galapagos and arrived to Guayaquil at night. This was a value option near the airport. 3 of us found the beds fine but one of us found the bed uncomfortable. The staff was super nice. Kitchen and bar close at ten, so if you arrive after that hour you will need to use Uber Eats.

They host loud parties that won´t let you sleep all night.
Since they have no isolation in the rooms, you can also hear the other rooms and the aile noise. so be prepared for a bad night sleep.
Also for this app, despite you are paying in full (including taxes) they charge you extra when you arrive and even claim that this has nothing to do with them but with the app.

I paid a price and I was told by Agoda that this included all fees and taxes. But when I got to the hotel they charged me an additional $17 because they say I'll go to this not include taxes. This is supposed to fault of your travel company as well as this hotel or not stating it before you make a reservation
