By far the nicest “budget” hotel across the board. Shockingly nice and accommodating in comparison to other hotels in the area. BOOK HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. And the hotel was clean and beautiful.
Our room was comfortable and we had an amazing view of the Iowa State Capitol. AMAZING!
The pool area was clean and fun!
The breakfast was delicious!
Easy walking distance to lots of places and dining. We picked Hessen Haus and would go back every time.
Hands down a great trip thanks to the hospitality of the hotel and HH.
I would add lotion to the amenities and maybe some seltzer waters for purchase.
