Stay was excellent However no soap / shampoo in Toilets I mean this is common and every day necessitates Towels was not included And Beds was not make over I mean linen was not done So basic necessities should be included Otherwise all good

The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend.

The check in process was a little confusing. The map on the ground floor didn’t show upstairs. A few people were walking round confused. The rooms were nice. Sofa bed wasn’t great. Very noisy but the apartment was ok. Not much locally. Tea / coffee sachets would have made it a lot better.

The property was good for a couple of days at the beach. The bouncy castle and pirate ship were great for keeping the kids entertained. The rooms with a pull out bed I wouldn’t recommend. The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable. The door to exit the room was also in the area with the bunk beds, where the kids sleep, and there were no safety measures on the door so our two year old could open the door.

Excellent location only 10mins walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great for families. You do need to take everything from towels, tea towels to hand soap. Bed sheets are provided.

We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it.

First, we took a studio, wich implies a bathtub, that was one of our criteria for the chamber. First deception seeing that it it is a shower.. I called the contact number, we're I've been told I lie and that they do not ensure a shower or a bahtube... But still I had the reservation where it was written. They then offered to give me 2 towels free of charge (normally 5 eur. Each) as a compensation. Which never arrived. Sweet... We then realized that the shower evacuation wasn't cleaned when the water rises up a lot in the bathroom... (Open shower on the ground side) The balcony was on the other side fulfilled with cigarettes, blocking also the evacuation of water. And then balcony doesn't seemed cleaned for 2 months juged by the quantity of spider webs on the balcony ladder... Maybe a good address for families that will not look upon all those details, but definitly not made couples our persons /families that want quality.

The apartment was ok and the food cabin opposite was really useful and good value. Negative there was no extractor fan in bathroom. Four people sharing!!! Good location and access to tram which was good.

There was a problem somewhere, so I spent the afternoon of our arrival calling different numbers trying to get our entrance code, and in the midst of it, I stupidly paid an odd extra charge that still hasn't been cleared up with the hotel. The entrance is tricky to find, you literally have to make the bed, there is not even toilet paper or handsoap. The beach is not as close by as they'd like you to think. You can hear everything from the hallway, especially all the kids running around. There is little privacy as your next door neighbour is right there, and the whole place feels like a cheap apartment complex (or possibly some sort of care centre). Can't say much for cleanliness either, as there was a huge spider and its web in our salad bowl. A fire alarm went off late on our second night and we had to evacuate, though no fire truck ever came. The look on the personnel's faces suggested it may be a common occurrence. We got up at very early on the morning of our departure to cook breakfast and clean after ourselves, as not only did you have to strip the bed, wash the dishes and take the trash out, you also needed to do it by ten o'clock. And we paid nearly 130e per night for this fun. If you're looking for relaxing, nice, convenient, or anything positive, really, keep looking.
