    I have stayed here couple of times recently. After the last visit, two staff members whatsapped me days after my departure. One wanted a favor. Not sure what the other wanted because I blocked them. Very unprofessional. I had already left a review. On my most recent visit, during checking, the rep told me I was getting an upgrade and made it sound so great. It was the exact same room I stayed in last time, the one I paid for, just on a higher floor. That’s an upgrade? I don’t get it.

    Had lot of veg options in restaurant. Room nice. Staff helpful. Airport pickup quite high. But would stay again.

    The property is great, and its amenities are wonderful. Nice clean rooms and lobby area. But the staff left me utterly disappointed. Upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome and assistance with luggages from our vehicle, we were left to do everything ourselves. There is a club on property that’s apparently not linked to the hotel in any way (so the receptionist says). But the staff at the door were all more focused on guests entering the club and their cab needs rather than us. Upon checkin, the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and treated us rather unpleasantly. Finally when the bellboy was to bring our luggages to the room, we specifically pointed out which ones were ours and told him we are happy to wait to head up to the room together with him. He insisted that he will handle it. 20 mins later, the bellboy arrives with half the luggages not even belonging to us. This could have been a property I stayed at repeatedly before leaving from Delhi on my next trips - but sadly that won’t be the case.
