    Our stay was decent. The best part is the location of the hotel in Fort Worth next to a park down the street. It is a hotel better for couples and/or adults without kids.

    Pros: lovely staff, large clean and comfortable rooms, not a lot of noise from outside Cons: no free water or tea or coffee in the room which isnt ideal for such a hot city.

    Upon arriving, our suite was not ready yet. It wasn’t ready until over an hour and a half past check-in time leaving me almost no time to get ready for our dinner reservation. Room service was incredibly slow and we had to ask multiple times to get ice brought up. The desk staff upon check-in and later that night was wonderful but the morning staff was very bland bordering on being bothered by being asked to do something. The room itself was nice and the tub was great. It was odd there was only one remote for the two rooms. Overall, especially for the price, I expected an exceptional experience and was very unimpressed. Will not stay again and will recommend friends visiting Fort Worth stay elsewhere.
