    We stayed at the Golden Paradise for one night and had a deluxe room on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. Simple and standard with eggs and chicken sausage And salad and fruit trays and. Good overall. The super-sized king bed was incredibly comfortable. Better than any hotel bed I've slept in in a long time. The sheets were high quality and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was clean. Everything worked. The value was very good in this off-season time of July. The only advice I would give to the hotel that is to include ear plugs in their rooms because the road noise is very loud. Probably on all of the floors. The traffic is going past quickly and even on the 7th floor it was disruptive. Even with the the thick glass doors to the balcony and the thick curtains. It was still noisy. Also, the TV was a little bit on the small side and did not include any Smart TV features like the ability to log into Netflix. But overall my review is very positive because of the very friendly and attentive staff and very clean and comfortable conditions. The location is on a main road and convenient to a lot of things if you have a vehicle but not very good for walking. They do have a shuttle to go to various places.

    Very clean, spacious, and soundproof rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, and the swimming pool was always clean. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding, especially from the General Manager, Ms. Palida, who patiently answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. We also loved the hotel's food delivery service from a nearby restaurant serving Indian and Thai food. The food was delicious, arrived quickly, and was delivered straight to our room by the hotel staff. Excellent value for money. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast variety. During our 5-day stay, the menu was almost the same every day (English breakfast with different egg styles, Pad Thai, fried rice, similar pastries, and the same fruits). Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

    The very best hotel. I'm staying 4 days . The staff very helpful, a room very clean & siruation calm very recommended. A man staf name Yu very good and can speak malay.
