Animation team is not very good. The boy was doing a good job but the girl… she always looked like it was exhausting and she seemed annoyed by the job. We saw her playing waterpolo but only with Spanish kids and she ignored the other kids that were not talking Spanish… so sad.
The breakfast was ok and good but not so many choice for a 4 stars hotel.
The room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately just 1 soap in the shower and the sink. Again it is poor for a 4 stars hotel. And also we could hear the people walking upstairs and outside our room.
We liked the hotel, it was a nice one. We are just a bit disappointed because it was a 4 stars so we were expecting better for breakfast and products in the room.

Just stopped for one night but wish we’d been there longer. Staff were great, pool facilities and food were fab. Great value for money!
