This is a good, no-frills option here in Key West. There are multiple swimming pools and a hot tub, each at a different temperature which is very nice. The staff was friendly and free breakfast is provided. The rooms are definitely a bit worn down compared to the photos on the website. They were clean and the beds are very comfortable but they're not in the best condition.

Staff could be a bit more friendly...they did the minimum required to welcome you. As a Gold member, I should have been offered an upgrade and a bottle of wine...neither was mentioned until I asked for it. The common areas (stairs to room, hallways) were dirty, although the room itself was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel needs a face-lift.

staff were nice pool area and lobby were nice rooms were junk cabinets broken holes in the wall toilet didn't flush AC worked well though no bed bugs either. outlet was hanging out of the wall though.

Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Price was decent for Key West but as a single traveler, it was odd sleeping in a room with three strangers. This is a better option for friends or families traveling together

Room was clean and staff handled check-in quickly. Location was excellent - right near the ocean and within distance of many fun things to do.

Flooring buckled & chunks out of it all over the place. bathroom flooring & shower needs to be redone and moulding all chipped paint. hooks falling off wall. the room has been rode hard. But the staff was wonderful.

The day to day maintenance per room has declined drastically. Flooring of laminate wood, cracked or broken, foot injuries if no shoes are worn. Shower head was broken, too many other deficiencies to list.

The night cleek was extremely rude and not serviceminded at all. Unfortunately that reflects in my overall rating. The place was really nice. Receptionists amazing. Great room and atmosphere. I booked a one night 4-people-sharing room. When I checked in no one else was in the dorm. I went out and around town for fantasy fest and when I got back around 2am I thought I would ask the night clerk if he could tell me if other peiple checked in my room. Its nice to know what to be prepared for and how silently I should approach. Its also nice to know if everyone is “counted for” before going to bed so I dont wake up to unexpected people in the room. When asked he just asked me back as to why I would need that information. I told him its nice to know what to expect so I can sleep better. To which he said well either you are alone or there is up to four. Being aware if that basic info I elaborated and told him its just nice to know who should be in my room and asked him why I couldnt check it for me. To which he replied: Its not that a cant. I dont need/want to. You know, a little service goes a long way. This waw in poor taste and unnessecary. He had no reason for not doing his job. I understand if there is some policy about disclosure. But then he should have said that and not start lecturing me about what he thinks he need to do and what not. I overall had a pleasent stay but a chain is not stronger than its weakest link. This ‘costumer service’ would not work in my country

Got one of the rooms that sleeps 4 (2 bunkbeds). Affordable, clean and decent amenities. Staff is helpful and kind. Only downsides are the rooms have poor sound insulation (heard a lot of street noise), a lack of parking availability and limited breakfast options.

First room was in need of repair. no hot water for 2 days. Room had musty smell. When I addressed concerns management upgraded me to a king room at no extra cost

Very enjoyable stay. Couple of issues. Shower valve not operating properly and very little hot water at shower. No place in room to sit nor tables for luggage, etc. Very awkward. Virtually no parking without walking for blocks. I am handicapped and this was never mentioned! Otherwise a nice facility.

Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean with cold AC. Overall great little getaway.

We ended up here after we made a mistake with our planned honeymoon hotel. But it was under priced compared to a lot of others on a Friday, last minute. It is a hostel style even if you get a king room, so there are multiple beds and maybe a working tv, but not much else. One side table and mini fridge which was a good size. Definitely needs an upgrade but was cozy and spent most time out in the nice pool areas. Ohh Best bed ever! (Soft)

Staff was excellent!

We had an amazing time at this property. We were a group of 4 so we had the entire room to ourselves. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had lockers u can store all your stuff in. There were three pools and a jacuzzi. Everytime we stepped out the door we met some new awesome people , the vibe was amazing. They offer complimentary breakfast if you can make it that early lol we were just getting in at 6 am so that wasn’t really an option for us. Duval street is walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants along the way. Had an amazing time cant wait to go back. Thanks Nyah for making our girls trip epic

We have been staying at this hotel in Key West for many years and always have a good experience. The prices are great too!
