    After checking in, things appeared ok umtil I voiced concerns about the dirty carpet, uncomfortable matress too small for back spring, toilet mechanism doesn't flush properly and requested a room changed. I started to receive unpleasant demeanor and gossips from the staff. At the resturant a clear plastic was in my glass of water that I thought was ice and almost swallowed, this could have been a choking fatality, the server apologized, but I cannot help wondering if this is an accident. The tour guide tried to sobotage my excursion, we almost missed it, we agreed on a 12.00 excursion and she scheduled the cruise for 9.20am, and I later found out there's no noon excursuon, she also try to encouraged a trip for my teen daughter which i consider risky and mentioned the lost of my loved one, this turned into gossips. Before I exit the hotel, I give a written concerns and the staff mannerism was silent, she is very much aware and I deem their behaviour to be very unprofessional. I regret going there and warned to be careful!!

    How are you changing me for a room I couldn’t even stay in because the Hotle was full I call phone don’t work smh
