    Our stay at Dolanit Hotel Ljubljana in Durrës was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness that made us feel instantly at home. The team is truly exceptional—every staff member we encountered was calm, friendly, and always happy to help. The receptionists are absolutely top-notch, incredibly responsive and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile no matter the time. Their swift communication and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The waiters were just as wonderful—attentive, polite, and professional, ensuring every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell there’s a strong culture of care and hospitality here. What we appreciated most was how accommodating and thoughtful everyone was. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and every request was handled quickly and with genuine enthusiasm.
