    Rooms do not have any window or any light ventilation. The bedsheets, comforter covers, pillows are all dirty to the core. Not a clean hotel.

    The faucet was broken, the bedsheets and the pillows were so dirty when we arrived. The heater didn't work. There was already hair everywhere on the beds and the pillows, meaning they didn't even bother to change it. The pillows were so dirty that they're borderline brown. They geyser was also not working great. They said that outside eatables aren't allowed and when we checked their menu it had not many options and the prices were atrocious. The menu was filled with stains as if the person before us used it to have their food on as a sheet. Bad cleanliness.
