The whole checking in process was not handled correctly. The hotel didn't have a working phone and the TV that was in the room had stripes down through the middle. We told the maid and she came and looked and I assumed she was bringing a new one. Then I saw the guy that was with walk by our room so I went and asked him about the TV and he said call the front desk. That is when I learned that the phone didn't work. I used my cell phone to call the hotel and he said his maintenance man left for the day but he would try to bring one over. Needless to say we never got a working TV. I will never stay there again.
