    The staff very helpful, they help us on every request that they could help. The room is quite good, the cave style give different feel. The breakfast there also good, The guy there explain to me every single meal there. :)

    The location of the place is the best with very beautiful rooms. The host is very friendly and always available for help 24/7. The stay was overall very pleasant and exceptional

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and the balloon was so breathtakingly beautiful that I was truly lost for words—it was amazing that it flew safely. We also really appreciated stuffs kind help with the balloon setup and restaurant recommendations—it made everything so much easier during out stay. Thanks to your assistance and i reccomend this hotel to everyone

    We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we needed. Overall, a great stay and we’d absolutely come back! And if you need help with organising tours, the staff will gladly help you. I highly recommend it to other guests!
