The place was super clean. It had everything you would need to eat there. The shower was actually not tiny. It was easy to find and check in and check out were simple. The loft was tiny and I hit my knees on the ceiling every time I turned over, but there was a comfortable couch that also could be slept on.

I met no staff, but suggest cleaning out the Roku and the vents on the back of the TV.

It was great!

Only complants would be the back bedroom and shower. Back bedroom: could have better construction, having exposed particle board for the bed caused the risk of splinters. Shower: the spray was limited, meaning the shower head only had a few streams with no adjustability. Over all would absolutely recommend way better feel than a hotel.

Would not recommend for solo female traveler. No second bolt/ deadbolt to lock door for security from inside. House was dirty upon arrival. Hairs in shower and looked like dog hair on floor and steps. Blinds on front door have missing pieces so not private. The bar across the street was very loud and noisy over the weekend that I was there. People out yelling in the street at 2AM. It was a fun attempt at a "tiny house" but would not stay again.

Was nice to be able to bring our dogs.

I had three problems. What was most troubling was the beds. The queen bed was in a "room" that was less than three feet tall and I felt claustrophobic. I tried the twin, but the bed only had about four inches space on either side and the mattress was not comfortable. I only got about 90 minutes sleep and had a long drive the next day.
Second, I had difficulty connecting my computer to the internet, and could not connect my cell phone to anything so I could not call the number of the proprietor. (To make matters worse, the proprietor does not stay at the property so you cannot contact in person. In the end I was able to get the internet to work and a man at the gas station across the street helped me get my cell to work.
The biggest overall problem is the difficulty contacting management. You just can't do that people.

Great little property, everything you could need for a couple of nights stop and a little different from a motel.

Looks can be deceiving. Cute at first sight, but dirty dishes, broken windows, dirty bed linens and touchy electrical outlets soon made us realize we were thankful it was only for one night. Also did not realize there was a night club across the street that blasted music till 1 am and lots of foot traffic outside made it hard to sleep

Perfectly appointed for a bike race! Convenient to downtown, clean, well appointed and friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Very centrally located. We had all the amenities, far more than a hotel room. Great price for what we got!

Tiny House Leadville was a fantastic time! It had everything we needed for our hiking adventures!

Perfect alternative to a hotel room. Second time renting a tiny home in this area and I will continue to do so.

I stayed in the Duke tiny home in Leadville and was very disappointed. The listing on Expedia said it had air conditioning and could sleep 5 people — both were false. There was no A/C, only a couple of fans, and during my summer stay it was 90° outside and even hotter inside. The loft was unbearable, so I had to sleep on the futons downstairs, which were extremely uncomfortable. I barely slept and even had to keep the door open at night just to cool down.
When I told the property about the false advertising and asked for at least an extra fan, my request was ignored and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone at the rental office.
The house itself looked nice — clean inside and cute on the outside — but without air conditioning and a comfortable place to sleep, the experience was miserable. I would not stay here again.

Our tiny house was so perfect! It was exactly what we needed to visit family and then have a place to rest. It was spotless and in a great location. This is where I'll come back when I visit my grandchildren. The management was always checking to make sure everything was good and I appreciate that.

The tiny house was adequate for a 1 night stay. It sleeps 3 people, however the property did not provide linens and towels for the 3rd guest. We requested these items and they were not brought until late at night. Previous stays at this tiny house village (different homes) yielded better experiences than this one.

Overall great for a tiny home, however, the couch/bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. It might be good for small children or dogs, but it was very hard and very uncomfortable.

The Maverick tiny house we stayed in could have been a lot cleaner. The couch cushions were very dirty, the floor needed a sweep, bathroom shower was dingy. The kitchen was clean, thankfully. A deep clean would make this place very comfortable.

I really liked the Tiny house, it was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. We had such good weather, so could enjoy eating outside on the picnic table too. Really fun!

The sofa bed was as hard as a floor. The fridge was noisy but, even more annoying, some other electric component kicked in every few minutes all night. Very little extra bedding. Claustrophobic loft bed with barely 2 feet of space between mattress and ceiling. Grounds were not kept up. Picnic tables in desparate need of paint. I was so disappointed in this stay!

I loved this tiny home. It was tidy, cute in terms of the decor, quiet, and cozy. The loft was big enough that it didn't feel claustrophobic to sleep up there, and the bed on the ground level offered another nice option. It was very homey, the bathroom and kitchen were both clean, and the living room area was a nice space.

This tiny home was great! It was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed staying here.

It was great having a quiet convenient place to stay close to everything in town and near mountain recreation.

The futon was completely broken. It would not stay in the sitting position, nor would it lie flat. Every time I moved in the night, it made clanging noises because it was broken. Would not recommend staying here because you don't even get a decent bed to sleep in. Not worth the money.

Our first experience with a tiny house was great. Just a couple suggestions for a better stay: hooks to keep things off the floor. Bathroom wash cloths. Thicker pillows.

The house is in a fantastic location right off of the main strip (and close to the best pizza). The house is clean and just the right size. It had a dedicated parking spot and was very easy to access. We had all of the instructions we needed. The only downside was a lack of fan (and even though we were so high up it still was a tad warm) and we were right across the street from a bar which got super loud (but to be fair it was a Saturday night and we were most likely the only ones planning on hiking up Elbert the next morning). We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Cute property. We are mid 70s so no way to climb the STEEP stairs to bed. Had to sleep on OLD futon.
A pull out bed on the first floor would be great!

The houses are located in a blighted area, limited parking space, and if you are taller than 5 foot 10 it is uncomfortably tight. The high cost does not match up with the conditions and location.

Super cute and unique stay. Wish there were more pillows for sleeping available in the room, pillows on the couch, and like a couch blanket. The stay could have used more comfort but was overall good. We would stay here again for a weekend, but probably not a longer stay

Great place to stay in Leadville! Loved the easy access to mount elbert and downtown Leadville. Hope to be back soon

This was a fun place to stay in, but it didn't have Air conditioning like the listing said. it was 81 degrees at 10 PM because of this so it was pretty difficult to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road so you can walk to shops and restaurants. Overall it was veey pleasant!

Tiny House Leadville is a charming community of Tiny Homes and RVs in Leadville. It is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Our Tiny House--Maverick--was immaculately clean and would have been delightful to stay in longer than one night.
The staff was pretty responsive to our needs. We had problems using the code to get into the house, but it was quickly sorted out.
The Tiny House was beautifully arranged and had thoughtful storage features for the luggage. The beds were comfortable. The wifi worked great.
My only complaints about the property were that the a/c didn't work quite as well as I hoped, it kept the lower area cool but didn't cool the lofts as well. Secondly, the Town House and RV park outside was a little run down. It would be relatively easy to fix by mowing the grass and repainting the picnic tables. The landscaping outside was shabby, but inside of the tiny house was perfect.
I would absolutely stay here again if I ever get a chance to return to Leadville and I would recommend it to my friends.
