Great value for a one-night stay at the airport. I have paid much more for much less. Despite my thoughts below, it was an excellent experience. Pros: Hotel was modern and functional, 5 mins walk from a nice supermarket, staff were friendly, shuttles were not crowded and super-punctual. I had a great nights sleep. Cons: (1) The shuttle was not super easy to find at Terminal 1 even with the downloadable map (walk outside, and all the way to the end of terminal, 100 m? past door A, and you'll find a small car-park on the left 'round the corner'. The shuttle was waiting there.), (2) some won't like the 250 m walk between the shuttle drop-off (at a car-park) and the hotel, (3) the in-room wifi was fine but not exactly 'fast' (1 MB/s), (4) there were a few small drips and stains on the floor and tables in my room. Not enough to trouble me, but enough that I noticed, perhaps because the rest of the room was so clean and simple. I didn't use the restaurant but it seemed busy at 6 am (good sign) and was open for dinner from 5 to 11 pm. Given the value, I would definitely still again. Others may prefer prefer staying in a terminal hotel at 4 times the cost.

Good 1-night stay. Everything we felt good, such as cleanness, modernization, and conformability etc. However, when we booked this hotel, it said it had a rarely found airport shuttle, but we could not get any more info for where and how to find the shuttle bus station. later on we were told by a bus driver for City Hotel Shuttle (another shuttle service) where it was, and finally found bus stop 29. I wish it could provide clear instruction to find it.

Great stay for the price! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is extra, but in case you are in a rush in the morning, you can grab a free coffee on your way out. Things to wash for, but not show-stoppers: The sink faucet is located in the middle of the sink, making it difficult to wash your face. Individual blankets are a bit smaller, so you may become uncovered during the night. The shuttle is free but is intended for the economy parking nearby and doesn't stop at the hotel.

The Airport shuttle was not as convenient as most. Fairly long walk to medical center bus stop and a fair walk once you arrive at the parking garage. This information should be more readily available when booking. The hotel worked well for what I wanted which was a hotel close to the Airport. A morning walk to the Edeka gave me a chance to purchase treats for the flight and some last minute candy gifts.

Nice big clean room, well appointed. Slow wifi in the evening, but fast in the morning, so I guess too many people for their feed. Shower in my room (217) would not stay high (maintenance needed), and both the soft dispenser return springs were shot (maintenance). Very nice helpful staff. Email need better directions to "P29" at FRA to catch the shuttle. Oh yeah - no hairdryer.

We stayed for one night before an early international flight and were very pleased with our experience. The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and modern. The airport shuttle service was prompt and convenient—just a short ride from the terminal. If you’re looking for a comfortable short-term stay near Frankfurt Airport, this is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Airport shuttle stop at FRA is confusing. It’s NOT where other hotel shuttle buses pick up but in OPPOSITE direction. Once at P29 there’s the tiniest of signs. Only breakfast is buffet - no ala carte menu. Property is only 2 years old - basic but very clean and in perfect condition. No other dining options in area.

The hotel was very convenient to catch the shuttle for the airport. There was a grocery store a few blocks away which was also very convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I don't know anything about the restaurant.

First, trying to maneuver lugagge to find the shuttle ar the airport was a disaster. Then the shuttle dropped us a longnwalk from the hotel. Then had to carry luggage up thebstairs to the hotel lobby since the handicapped door was not working. Then sat in the restaurant and was told it closed at 11 pm. I sat for 10 minutes without service, went to front desk and they sent someone to help. The girl who came over then told me the kitchen was closed. Then i go hungry and tired to my room tonfind hair in the sheets...very disappointing stay
