Great stay. Was lucky to get this accommodation just near my work place. Just a 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cosy and Clean place. Although it was a bit congested but will surely recommend it.

Unacceptable service and situation handling. We were checking in right on time which was 3 pm. after 6 hours drive and expecting the room should be ready or at least 10 mins max. However, we were told that the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait until 4pm. The receptionists couldn’t handle the situation well. 1 hour wait is too much.
Also the day we checked in, the receptionists didn’t tell us anything about the event that they had that evening. By the time we got to the room, get changed, we headed to the pool which was almost 4.30pm. We were told to leave the pool at 5 pm. as they were preparing for the event.
Not the first impressive at all. No apologies from no one. One of the receptionists kept saying “it’s all written in the mail ” no sorry. It’s a guests duty to ask every single evening if the pool is available in the afternoon.
For the beach. Don’t fall from the pics. The beach is further away than we expected and what indicates in the info. You need a car otherwise it’s a long bicycle ride even they provide the bike service for free.
The pool is also nice. However the pool towels are bad quality. They gave us new towels but new directly from the factory. No wash, No clean. You could smell the humidity and the are small pieces of cloth sticking all your swimsuit. They should have cleaned it before giving to the guests.
The only plus is the room is always clean and well equipped with all you need. The TV is small screen but we don’t spend time in the room so it’s not a problem. Kitchen is well equipped. They changed our towels every day even we hanged them. I would give a 5 stars to the maid.
We wanted to try the food there since it’s a Michelin star restaurant but from the disappointment service from the first day, we decided to eat somewhere else around.
The hotel is nice for the even but not for the long holiday.
