The room itself was actually very good. It was large and spacious, with two comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and lots of room to move around. This was definitely the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the experience outside the room was much less enjoyable. The hotel shares the building with several other businesses and organisations, and this becomes a major problem during the working week. On the weekend things seemed relatively calm, but on Monday the building became extremely busy. There were people constantly coming and going, the elevators became extremely crowded, and the downstairs area was very noisy and overwhelming. There is also a government/law-related office or service operating in the building where people queue and are called by ticket numbers. This creates a very busy environment, with people waiting around, calling numbers and moving back and forth. The restaurant is another business operating in the same building, so the whole downstairs area feels more like a busy commercial/public building than a place where you can relax as a hotel guest. The breakfast was also disappointing. It wasn't a buffet, and the menu was quite limited. There weren't many healthy choices, and you could only choose one option. If you're considering booking this hotel because breakfast is included, I wouldn't consider the breakfast a strong reason to stay. The bathroom design was another issue. The shower and toilet area are separated by a fixed divider, but the divider extends right into the area around the toilet, making the layout very awkward. You have to position your feet carefully around it when using the sink or toilet. It's a strange and impractical design. The balcony was nice to have, but the view was poor and the balcony door was extremely difficult to open, so I didn't end up using it. The biggest disappointment, however, was the gym. I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised a gym and having access to one was an important reason for choosing the property. When I arrived, I was told that the gym was not working. This was extremely inconvenient. If the gym is unavailable, I think this should be clearly communicated to guests before they book. I also noticed there was no water dispenser. Having drinking-water dispensers available is such a useful and thoughtful amenity, and I think this would be a great addition to the property. The staff themselves were fine and I had no particular complaints about their service. The hotel is also relatively expensive compared with other options in the area, and given the unavailable gym, limited breakfast and very busy shared building, I don't think the price is justified. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and spacious, but the experience outside the room was disappointing. I would not book this hotel again, particularly at this price.

Limited Parking Had government office on ground floor and lobby too crowded due to clients of government courts!
