Pretty nice hotel. I’m just surprised that staff don’t help out more. Like asking for a bell hop….they just give you a cart, no one brings it to your room. It was fine, just not exceptional service

This hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool, is close enough to Broadway and all the sites you’ll want to visit while far enough away to be able to sleep soundly at night!

We had a great time at the hotel and the staff were lovely. However, we had to call to get our room to cleaned, then they forgot to give us new towels, they double charged my credit card bill, getting my refund has taken over 7 days and I’m still waiting.
