Property is a 20 minute walk to Entrance 3 which proved to be a less busy entrance with quick access to either lower or upper lakes.
The property is in the midst of a small village therefore very quiet but not a lot of food options other than the property restaurant which had good variety and tasty.
Be prepared though as it is a fair drive up the mountain with the last 30 minutes on not a very wide road.

Property is was off the beaten path . Very far off Main road in the dark. Make sure you locate in day light and check your maps you cannot access this location through the national park

Bed was one of the most comfortable we slept on out of almost two weeks in Croatia. Shower had exceptionally good water pressure. Breakfast was more limited than some previous pictures seemed but was still adequate. Location was walkable to Plitvice National Park so saved on time and money by not having to pay for parking. Staff very friendly. Quiet and peaceful location.
