    Decent hotels in this area are hard to come by. This was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and comfortable, cold A/C and hot shower. Very friendly and attentive staff. Coffee shop located next to the entrance.

    I booked a family room for my brother and me, expecting a comfortable stay with two queen-sized beds. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the room had no windows at all. The room was spacious, so I didn’t make an issue of it since we were only staying for one night. Unfortunately, the bigger problem came the next morning when there was no running water. We repeatedly asked for updates, but the only solution provided was a single gallon of water, a pail, and a dipper. Two guests were expected to share one gallon of water for bathing and basic hygiene, which was unacceptable for a hotel stay. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff, who remained pleasant and courteous throughout. However, it seemed they were not given proper guidance or support on how to handle and escalate a situation like this. As a guest, I expected better contingency measures for such a fundamental service disruption. I was told this is one of the best hotels in Talibon, which made the experience even more disappointing. Water is a basic necessity, and a hotel should not continue operating without being able to provide it to its guests. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. Disappointed is an understatement.
