    When booking with an online service such Agoda ,they refuse to provide extra services to the customer,even when noted in the order. Such as 1st floor room availability. Also hotel floors need vacuuming,full of dog hair.Rm itself is passable.

    This was my second start with the same Roadway Inn @ Sudbury. Clean room and extremely helpful staff. My check-in was late like around 1am and it was hassle free..
