Everything is good except the bath room , it only has bath tub, you need to stand inside the bathtub to use shower, however no way to keep water inside the bathtub, whole floor of bath room will be wet everytimw you take shower

Loved this place and the staff are amazing

Check-in was good. I booked the Executive Suite so I was checked in at the VIP lounge. Very friendly English-speaking staff member. Room cleanliness was ok, quite dusty in parts. The views from the room are beautiful. Furniture was missing. Their site shows a picture of a chair and table on the balcony, but there is no balcony furniture. It would have nice to have been able to sit on the balcony with a coffee and enjoy the view. The lounge was pictured with a reading light, but this was also missing. The bed was comfortable. The TVs are very slow to switch on, and it's difficult to make them show a picture from the HDMI port. They do not support AirPlay. The fridge in the room did not cool drinks down much. The bathroom was great. Big and immaculately clean. The shower had very hot water and high pressure. Room service was a total disaster. You can order via the TV, and as you can see from the attached photo, the TV confirms your order. After 1.5 hours I hadn't received my food. Reception told me the TV is only for browsing the menu. So why does it let me add items to an order, ask me how I want to pay, and then tell me my order was successful? In all I waited over 2 hours for food. The elevators can be painfully slow. Wifi at this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced. It's capped to just 4Mbps everywhere in the hotel. It's so slow, and with such high packet loss, many websites take ages to load or time out before finishing loading. The breakfast buffet on floor 31 is generally good, with a wide selection of foods from around the world. I was let down on my last day. I needed to leave early for a flight. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6am but I wasn't able to order an omelette until 06:15 meaning I was in a rush to eat and leave. High Tea on floor 32 was included with my booking but was not as advertised. Their menu says there should be sandwiches, warm food and scones, but it was just pastries, fruit, and hot drinks. I would have been very disappointed if I paid for it. The panoramic views from floor 32 are amazing. When I booked I liked the menu of the Marvellous Restaurant. One day I went down to get the chicken foccacia sandwich from the menu, but it turned out this restaruant only serves the breakfast buffet. I don't understand why they have a menu on the website, when this restaurant closes at 10am and does not serve regular food at all. Unlike other nearby hotels, this hotel does not have its own sun loungers on the beach. They can only give you a mat and towel.
